The only type of birth control that is effective 100% of the time is abstinence and this needs to be taught first and foremost above all (NOT LAUGHED AT). Some types of birth control actually cause abortion (the planned homicide of unborn babies.

Consider this… If a birth control method is proven to be 99% effective then if 100 people use that method exclusively then the chances are that there will be 1 out of 100 women that get pregnant and/or get a venereal disease like HPV.

By the way…Do more research on the HPV epidemic. There is NO effective method other that abstinence and monogamy with one person for life to stop the spread…

In this respect recklessly giving out free birth control (paid by the tax payers) is NOT loving but rather should be considered extremely hateful. Would you hand out 100 guns to 100 children that were all safe except for one of them that had one bullet in it?
